Pat Harper has always had a passion and talent for sharing and helping people reach their dreams. It was only natural for Pat to pursue her dream of being a professional coach. While she has been coaching professionally for 15 years, Pat recently completed her certified coaching program with iPEC (www.ipeccoaching.com) and is currently working with ICF for final certification with the premier coaching organization in the world.
Her previous role as Senior Leader for the Online Bank customer experience unit at Wachovia Bank allowed her to lead a team responsible for the activities surrounding new account acquisition, maintenance, and service. Other experience includes work with USAA as Director of Communications for the E-Business Operations and Information Technology Company. She moved from Baltimore, MD in late 2002. While in Maryland, Pat worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was Director of Global E-business Communications. She worked in the commercial transportation finance industry with Citibank as Assistant Vice President arranging private label finance programs for original equipment manufacturers.
Pat is a military daughter, the only one of 4 kids in her family born in America. And she was born in San Antonio, TX! She received her BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. She obtained her Master’s degree in management from the University of Dallas. For fun, she has produced Christian Music, teaches bible classes and hangs out with nieces and nephews as often as possible. She is an avid reader and loves traveling.
Pat is the Ministry Leader for the Career Transition Workshop (CTW) at the Oak Hills church. CTW is a national organization focused on those transitioning in life, primarily in the area of career. In addition, she serves as a Life Group Leader, New Member presenter and bible study class leader weekly.
